je vous fais part d'un mail que je viens d'envoyer au groupe Let Love Rule, un tribute band italien qui a tout simplement volé le logo de nos graphistes "maison", Ki-x et Nunk :

Hi I'm Lionel as Arkantalis, I'm the administrator of the the LK's french fans community (www.lennykravitzonline.fr).
I saw your fan page on Facebook a couple of days ago and I was very stunned by your logotype... you are actually using the main graphic part of one of our graphist creation.
This logotype is protected and under copyright, it's a creation of Ki-x and Nunk.
They did it for our board and we have the authorization to use it... we used it on our fan page and on all our shirts since 2 years.
Could you explain me why you didn't told us that you wanted our logotype for your group ?
The graphist could have answered you...
Actually I'm waiting for your answer before doing anything, answer us fastly please.

C'est vrai que j'avais vu le truc, mais quand je me suis aperçue que l'une des principales intéressées étaient dans leurs fans, je m'étais dit que c'était OK.
Cela dit quitte à récupérer une image autant qu'elle soit de bonne qualité, ce qui n'est pas le cas sur leur logo. :colere:

I'm Ago, and I found the pic on the net, not on your site, i did not know that the pic was under copyright. By the way if you see well, the pic is very different, so it's just a copy of something that already exist...your image has the tattoo not mine...i could find any image on the net and change colors or details it doens't recall the original.
Anyway it is just a temporary image ( that i found on the net as I told you ).

I just wanted to explain you that every image on the net could be under copyright (and as a graphist I really know the laws about this)
I know that Ki-x and Nunk, the creators of the original logotype already tried to contact your band without success.
I precise that if you find an image and modifies it it's not legal even in the french and italian laws because it's a european law.
The only thing I wanna know now is will you replace this logo ? You say that it's temporary so for me it's ok, just tell me how much time you want to use it and we'll find a solution

Bref on résume : après nous avoir volé la coupe du monde foot, ils veulent nous chiper notre logo du French Board ? Il est pas bien...
Pour avoir souvent utilisé le "ah ben c'est mon texte, j'ai changé une virgule" au lycée et à la fac, on voit très bien que le gars est un peu de mauvaise foi...

Bon, je vais faire ma candide... :rolleyes: C'est nul, mais on ne voit pas de mention comme quoi le logo est la propriété des Miss.
J'imagine que ça va casser 1 peu l'harmonie, mais on pourrait ajouter la mention de copyright juste à côté du "Love Revolution" ?
